Quicken Farm, owned by Ed and Becky Morgan does 'farming outside the box' in Shanks in Hampshire County. They produce pastured pork products, but also raise hair sheep and cattle on the pastures of the Potomac Highlands of West Virginia. They feel blessed to be full time farmers and to be able to provide a wholesome, sustainable and most importantly, local meat source.
