Potomac Highlands Producers

Supporting farmers in the Potomac Highlands Region of West Virginia.

We believe in a small farm future.

The Potomac Highlands of West Virginia is one of the major agricultural producing regions of the state. The six county region is comprised of Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Mineral, Pendleton, and Tucker Counties, and produces a wide variety of farm fresh goods including produce, meats, eggs, syrups, spirits and so much more. We work together with local farmers and producers to promote and sell their products to retail, restaurants, institutions and individuals.

The Potomac Highlands Producers are headquartered in Moorefield, WV, but serve the six counties of the Potomac Highlands. This project is being spearheaded by Eastern West Virginia Community & Technical College to strengthen the local farm economy.

Food tastes better from the Potomac Highlands.

It is no secret that locally grown food tastes better. Not only that, but it is better for you, too. The state of West Virginia and its people have a long and proud living history of organic farming and growing a diverse variety of delicious fruits, vegetables, and herbs. By supporting local farmers you help bolster local food systems, uplift your neighbors, and provide the freshest and highest quality food for you and your family.
